Delete driver/dev/async
Create new driver as it indicates SYBASE.
# mknod/4 dev/async 0660 cs 101
# chmod/dev/async # chown SYBASE/dev/async

Create the file/etc/privgroup to add:

SYBASE RTPRIO MLOCK CHOWN

Verify that it exists:
/sbin/init.d/set_prvgrp
/sbin/rc1.d/S400set_prvgrp -> /sbin/init.d/set_prvgrp
