DSAU: How do you keep the master_files updated?

DSAU: How do you keep the master_files updated?

I configured DSAU. It appears that you have to manually copy files and associated directory trees into /var/opt/dsau/cfengine_master/master_files. Is there a way for DSAU to read the "real" source files on the system (ex: /etc/services) rather than having to keep copying them into /var/opt/dsau/cfengine_master/master_files?
