DST Change australia

In Australia Daylight savings is extended by a week (ending April 6, 2008 instead of end of March '08).
Switch to Daylight Saving time: 1st Sunday in October.
Switch back to Standard time: 1st Sunday in April.

I have done these changes in my code for java,
Can someone verify its this correct, because
Illegal end day of week 7200000, can someone tell me y this is comming.
