I am sorry to bring this up again. I have read quite a few of these threads and still am not sure. DST Patch PHCO_35989 is the patch I want to apply to my RP2470 server running HP_UX 11.11 The download for it brings up a txt file that I download to my PC and pushed up to the server via binary ftp. When I use the command SH PHCO_35989 it gives the following error.
35989[13]: ^M: not found.
35989[14]: LANG^M: This is not an identifier.
The patch instructions does not mention any preresiquetes. Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong or if I need to install other patches before I install this one.
