dtdbcache failure

I'm getting the following error "Couldn't recreate the Desktop Actions/DataTypes Database. Check disk space and/or permissions"
when users are trying to access SAS.

There were some issues because of a bug in vxfs and it's been fixed by patching the system to the latest quality pack.
Could pls check the same and revert.

Verify free disk space in FS:

/tmp

rgs,

ran

Somebody had chenged the permissions and ownership of /tmp. The problem is now fixed.
