dthelpview displays zh_CN.hp15CN not correctly

After I install zh_CN.hp15CN locale (HP-UX 11.00 Extension Pack 9812 Chinese Install and Core OS) help files which contain chinese characters are not displayed correctly. Those pages are not readable. I have installed some patches which didn't help me.

Does someone know a solution?

a possible work-around :

1.cd /usr/dt/app-defaults
mkdir zh_TW.ccdc
chown bin zh_TW.ccdc
chgrp bin zh_TW.ccdc
chmod 555 zh_TW.ccdc

2.cp zh_TW.big5/Dt zh_TW.ccdc
cp zh_TW.big5/Dthelpprint zh_TW.ccdc
cp zh_TW.big5/Dthelpview zh_TW.ccdc

3.cd zh_TW.ccdc
vi Dt
In this I have changed HP-BIG5 to HP-CCDC
:wq!

You may also need to copy the files existing in /etc/dt/appconfig/help/zh_TW.big5 to zh_TW.ccdc directory.

If the above does not work what output from : ls /etc/dt/appconfig/help ?

This sounds like a bug we had at 10.20 ...make sure you have the lastest CDE patches installed ! You may need to log a Response Centre call if this is the case .
