dtpad "Unable to print"
Hi,
I have read all threads about the problem of dtpad and printers and applied all solutions but the problem still occurs : Sorry -- Unable to print:"" The printer does not exist.
I have applied the specified patches, the last patches bundles, modified the /etc/rc.config.d/desktop, restart the workstation and more others tests but only root is allowed to select a printer in dtpad...
It seems that dtprintinfo have the same problem in a specific situation...?
Did I miss something ?
Thanks in advance.
Thomas

Re: dtpad "Unable to print"
Thomas,
A quick check of the patch database using dtpad and print as the keywords came up with the following recommended patches:
PHSS_25758
PHSS_29738
PHSS_25447
PHSS_23546
PHSS_30010
I would suggest you start by ensuring that you have all necessary patches (if you haven't already).
