dtterm window errors
I'm setting up a new HP-UX 11.0 system. We will be making the move from 10.2. I'm finding strange problems with dtterm windows. Sometimes windows are started and are unaccessable. These processes have to be killed. I've also had windows in place on the system and when I return the next morning all the windows are gone from the CDE? I know I was the only one on the system. Any suggestions? Perhaps there is a patch available? Thanks for any and all input!

Re: dtterm window errors
What is $TMOUT set to? If it is non-zero, that could explain why your dtterm windows went away.

Re: dtterm window errors
Not sure .... your problem description is a bit vague .... what do you mean by unaccessable ....and which clients are affected ..... just dtterms ?
My advise :
run CDE diagnostic : dr_dt, check /var/dt/Xerrors & $HOME/.dt/errorlogs for clues .... syslog.log may also be worth a look and definitely get the latest CDE, Xserver and motif patches installed : PHSS_ : 22946,22341,20863 & PHNE_22086 would be on my list.
NB Is this a local connection or a CDE remote session ?
