Hello,
I have D-370 Server and want to buy a Dumb Terminal. What kind should I buy so I can run SAM on that as well ?

The standard dumb terminal is usually a 700/96.

You don't HAVE to buy a dumb terminal if you don't want to. Most W$ O/S's have a terminal emulator (such as hyperterm) that works just as well. You just need a null modem cable, and then connect it to a laptop or desktop PC. It'll work fine.
That being said, we have a dumb terminal on a 'crash cart' in our data center. The crash cart has extra cables and adapters, a rack for software and manuals, and a cordless phone so we can call tech support.
Its handy for any of the sysadmins who need to get to a system fast, and the network may or may not be working. It works on non-HP stuff like Sun and Cisco as well.
