Dump c3000 nis

I have a problem with hpux 11.00 on a c3000.
I've installed 11.00 with patch bundle of december
2001.
All was ok ... but with configuration of nis the sistem now is instable.
And sometime goes in dump.
Tomorrow i go to see the problem ... have you some idea ... some patch
