Hi,
I have 2 rx2620 Server with HP-UX 11.23 and "JetDirect Printer Installer for UNIX" Version E.10.34 for 2 new SAP-Installations.
I have to configure all our printers on both machines.
Is it possible to duplicate the Printer Configuration from the first to the second one ? Which files contain the printers definitions ? (hosts-files ist already duplicate)
Thanks you for your help
Thierry

Re: Duplicate JetDirect configuration
Using the directory area as mentioned, can make a rdist script that will run nightly to update all machines you specify.
Examples of such are attached

Hi,
there is a program called 'transferqueue' - this can backup and restore printer installations between different hosts as well.
