Dynamic Root Disk umount issue

I've loaded and started testing DRD. It works fine except for the following.
• When umounting the inactive image, either specified by the drd umount command or during an action that required a umount of the inactive system, the following error occurred:
ERROR: Unmounting the file system fails.
- Unmounting the clone image fails.
- The command "/usr/bin/sh -c
/var/opt/drd/tmp/drdN5lCOg4/.drdvgchangecmd " fails with the return
code 16. The error message from the command is "vgchange: Couldn't
deactivate volume group "drd00":
Device busy
"
Unmounting Inactive System Image failed with 1 error.

The following would not unmount from the servers (using bdf):
/var/opt/drd/mnts/sysimage_001
/var/opt/drd/mnts/sysimage_001/var

Once a drd umount command was given a second time the inactive system would
unmount the above two lvols with no error.
Has anyone seen this??
