Hi,
We have a HP 9000 A class server. What's the best way to install Emacs on the box? I have installed it on Linux/NT boxes. From what I know it is a little different on HP boxes. I am asuuming the download from the GNU site is good enough. Thanks.

Solution
You probably want to install the pre-compiled one that can be found at
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Editors/emacs-20.7/
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Editors/emacs-20.7/
nothing wrong with me that a few lines of code cannot fix!
