I get the above error in superdome 32 way.
could not decode the error in the superdome keyword decoder as well.
Solution : reseated the pci card properly which was not seated correctly. and now there are no more errors reported.
Thus this error appears in all partitions of SD if a PCI card is not properly seated.

Are you asking a question, or just sharing your experience, that a loose PCI card can cause this error?

Thank you for clarifying that, and thank you for sharing what you found.
I've opened a CR with the lab to request that the event description is made more helpful, to suggest reseating PCI cards as a possible fix for the problem.
