EMS has filesystem monitor on one host not other

Hello,
I am running hpux 11.0 on two N servers. On my dev server, using sam to add an EMS monitor under SYSTEM, I can choose filesystem as well as kernel_resource or status. On my other box I don't have the filesystem choice - just the other two. What do I need to have this as a choice?

Thanks

Hi
Check your versions and patching levels on these servers.

Re: EMS has filesystem monitor on one host not other

It could be a terminal emulation problem. Check this document (TKB #KBRC00002902):

Re: EMS has filesystem monitor on one host not other

Hello,
The versions of EMS-core are the same, but I see on the dev box that it has installed EMS-DiskMonitor and the other box does not. Looking at the DIAGNOSTICS on my march 2003 support plus disk only shows the core and config for EMS - not EMS-DiskMonitor. Do you know how I can get it?

Thanks

Re: EMS has filesystem monitor on one host not other

I think EMS-DiskMonitor is a part of B5736BA EMS HA (High Availability) Monitors bundle, which should be on 11.00 application CD. Please note that this software is locked, so you will need a codeword to unlock it.

Check the following web page for application media contents.
