When iam trying to add resource for net iam getting follwing error
No resources of /net/interfaces/lan/status found.

ioscan -fnC lan
this will force the kernel to recognized attached lan cards.
If you are attempting to set up a card not listed on that display, this could be the problem.
You may have a dead lan card, but thats doubtful.
You should make sure you have the latest ems version available from http://software.hp.com

I can add resource such as disk but could not add network card with above error.

Please understand that what are the daemons we require for status monitoring.
For lan card monitoring snmpmib2 daemon should be running.
For lan card monitoring snmpmib2 daemon should be running.
