EMS multiple monitor requests
I have a problem on a 10.20 system with ATM monitoring. During a reconfuration of EMS we had to put back monitoring for ATM. But through SAM it refused to add the monitor entries (no error).
I have done a resls /net/interfaces/switched/atm/ela0 and it shows 4 active montior requests. There should only be one. All the persistence files have been cleared out and nothing makes reference to ATM anywhere in EMS.
How do I get rid of these bogus monitor requests? I think their existence is stopping a corrrect montiro entry being put in by SAM. Note the machine CANNOT be rebooted.

Re: EMS multiple monitor requests
You can delete them using "emscli" command.
/opt/resmon/bin/emscli
man emscli for more details ..

Re: EMS multiple monitor requests
Sorry that's no good. This is a 10.20 system, there is no emscli utility.
