I do set_fided -l show me this error
set_fixed: Cannot list resources in DOWN state due to problems accessing or reading the PSM Resource Data File /var/stm/data/psm_data.

The solution from the linked document did not work for me because EMS could not be disabled from monconfig (as recommended in step 1 of the solution)
I got some errors flashed momentarily on the screen after I selected "Kill" EMS from monconfig.
Actually I thought this WAS the problem to be resolved at the first place (EMS could not be stopped or got to work because psm_data file is inaccessible).
Please advice
