Can any one explain , as what is wrong from this , got the below EMS alert :

If present, verify that the switch on the front of the power supply
is in the "On" position.

the message say that or the AC is disconnect or broken.
Can you see if there is led or the power supply is on "1".

It says that one Power Supply has failed.
You can logon to GSP and check for the powesupply status.

It shows that Power supply at slot 0 , has failed , You can log a call to HP ,to get it replace .
