EMS unable to find resources

Hi all

I am having a problem with EMS. After installing I am unable to configure any resources, it gives me the following output when I run emccli -r.

noc-wifi[1274] /sbin/init.d # emscli -r
Resource /rdbms is not available.
Resource /system/jobQueue1Min is not available.
Resource /system/numUsers is not available.
Resource /system/jobQueue5Min is not available.
Resource /system/jobQueue15Min is not available.
No resource instances of /StorageAreaNetwork found.
Resource /cluster/status is not available.

I have restarted Snmpd and the cluster subagent but still get the same problem.

Can anyone please tell me what is going on?
