EMS with krmond not working in SAM

I am going into EMS in SAM, and i am trying to set an alarm for the nproc and some other parameters.
the problem is when i am trying to choose a parameter like nproc it doesnt open in SAM and we cannot set the alarm. While in another systems it opened normally.

what could be the cause of such a problem?

PS: Attached is a screenshot of the SAM problem.
