Enabling a VM that has been migrated to a new host

After I migrate a VM to a new host (offline), the VM information remains on the source host but everything gets disabled (modify, runnable, visible statuses are all set to disabled).

Is it possible to manually change all these values to enabled without migrating the VM back? I know it's technically possible with the hpvmmodify options, but would the VM actually boot successfully? Assuming I have already shutdown and disabled the VM on the other host. All storage is visible to both hosts all the time.

Thanks!

Yes. The only problem would be if the guest would run at the same time on both sides. If you ensure that's not the case, you can enable what you need using hpvmodify and start it.

Thanks Stan that's perfect.
