8 GB of RAM.
Minimum swap for stable OS 4 GB.
I ran systems like this with 8 GB of swap, they ran fine.
The normal rule of swap being twice ram is a good one for emergencies, but if you find your self utilizing it all and paging a log, you need to either reduce ram use or increase ram.
The real issue here is paging. Your system is not paging, so I'd say if these readings are typical you have enough swap.
