Number of my colleagues (me included) have
problems accessing software.hp.com.
For the last three days, here is what we get:
"Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Our system is experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later."
My colleagues tried it from USA and Australia.
I sent aa email request to support team
but no reply yet.
I wonder if anyone else is having the same
issue?
I have a high-priority need to download
latest version of Dynamic Root Disk and
Software Assistant.

This happens periodically.
Email the webmaster.
It also seems to happen with certain releases that HP pulls off the site. They can't seem to pull the information out of the database leading to sign up but download failure.
Quite irritating actually when you need something.

Did you fill out the form and actually go to the download page? This again failed for me and I'm now inside HP.

Ahh, we are obviously having a major problem.
Pity, I am desperate to get some bundles
and software.hp.com is down for several days.
I hope there is a quick solution.
At least I am relieved that the front-end servers are not running Microsoft
Windows (check http://www.netcraft.com):
