Re: Envizex X-Terminal
Although you can find out what it is by
Security Flaw follows, not worth fixing, if you ask:
remsh xterm cat /dev/nonvol | strings
or was that
remsh xterm strings /dev/nonvol
can't remember, don't have my xt, maybe alex can test.

Re: Envizex X-Terminal
Your wish is my command ;)
tried both your suggestions on /dev/ffs1/nonvol ..... no joy : letmein didn't work either but maybe that was Irish humour. .... ?
Secret has worked for me in the past but not with the latest xterminal models - Envizex II's and Entria II's
remsh
0x00630000 x.7.1.6
mine was the second from last entry in the list of outputs .....

Re: Envizex X-Terminal
Thanks all for the advice in this thread! I was not the original poster, but I recently received an HP Envizex pSerise X Terminal and there was a password set (preventing me from reconfiguring it.)
Pressing
Thanks! (These HP Forums are great! Google failed me this time, but HP came through :)
