EPM related

Hi Gurus

I am working on epm tool,which used for creating a software package(both native and portable) .I was able to create a software package(For hpux ie depot) for a software TCl. Now i want to create a patch file for TCl but i don't know how to do this.
Please if any body knows how to do this using EPM package then please send me the procedure of how to create a software patch
using the EPM tool

I tried to look into document, it could not help me.Robert have you work on epm tool, if so, Can you tell me how to create a patch for any software using this EPM tool
