Error en el log

Tengo un servidor HP 9000 con S.O Hp-UX B 11.11 y administro una BDD Informix Dynamic Server v. 9.40.
Estoy con un desempeño muy pobre de mi BDD, es decir está sumamente lenta, y deseo saber si los siguientes errores encontrados en el syslog del S.O. pueden influir en esto.
El error es el siguiente:

Check the /tmp/memory.log file.

I have server HP-UX 11.11 with a database in informix dynamic server 9.40.
Lately my database is very slow, and I found these errors in the syslog. I want to know if maybe these errors could be the cause of the poor performance of my database.

You should place a hardware call on your contract; if you have one. The link implies that this is an issue that could develop into a serious one, and should be addressed before this happens.
