Error installing HP-UX 11i v3 on bl860 i2

I am trying to install HP-UX 11.31 (September 2010) in a BL860c i2 from the DVD of c3000 enclosure, but I is presented the following error:

MFS is not defined.
krs_read_mfs: Error 5 opening MFS.
Found Adjacent data tr. Growing size. 0x1c59000 -> 0x5c59000.
Loaded ACPI revision 2.0 tables.
krs_read_mfs: Error 5 opening MFS.

A level I have the following firmware versions:

Onboard Administrator: 3.11

iLO FW: 01/30/1930
System FW: 01.24
MHW FPGA: 01.14
Mon Power FW: 03.04
Front Panel HW: 04.00
PRS HW: 02.07
IOH HW: 02.02

Try to install from an external DVD drive to see if the same error occurs

Do you have mezzanine cards installed?

Check them (properly installed, supported, etc) and consider to try the installation without the cards.

Hi,

ensure the firmware on the new blades is also current. The BL860c i2 requires firmware bundle 15.05. The BL460c G7 depends on the OS installed. What i mean is check for supported and recemended firmware. I2 blade require a certian level of firmware to be in place at enclousre level as well as blade level

This error was resolved by updating the firmware version Onboard Administrator to version 3.21, settled with the DVD that comes ADDED in c3000 and the installation media to HP-UX 11.31 September 2010
