SolutionTake a Look at the link below from ITRC,

The doc id is KBRC00012411
The notes say that this could be a bogus error although it can be somewhat corrected by the latest GSP firmware and latest diagnostics.

The Ultrium drive could be giving scsi lbolts bacause of multiple reasons.
Loose connection on the channel.
Drive reset due to power or something.
Missing latest scsi patch.
SCSI Controller problem / not seated properly.
Simply saying lbolt leaves a large field for guessword. Can you post the error message from the syslog.

Thanks for the links and the advice, The service engineers were saying that the patches need to be applied. This ias per the links also.
