error message

When I turn my computer on, I get a message that says, "The following error
occurred while loading protocol number 1. Error 59: A network error has
occurred."
Does anybody know what to do about this?

Unfortunately, you do not specify what computer you have, nor the Operating
System version.
Without that information, there is no starting point to attempt to help you.
