Time ago I received another similar error and my disk was damaged, so changed it 1 month ago, but 2 weeks after using the new disk I am receiving this horrible error.
Is there any Idea? (These errors are stored in syslog.log file)

Re: Error Messages
also see if you find any disk failed. You can check them from cstm.

Re: Error Messages
You say your system crashed yesterday? What is in your /var/adm/shutdownlog file? If it is an HPMC you should place a hardware call with your local HP Response Centre and probably get the disk replaced.
You also mentioned you replaced your mirrored boot disk a while ago. Yesterday you had problems booting? After you replaced the disk a while ago, did you enter commands mkboot -b on your disks? Is so, try lifls -l /dev/rdsk/c0t5d0
Regards, MB.
