error syslog

hello,
i save my filesystems on a SAN system. I use Netbackup datacenter.
I don't understand this error message.
I stopped and restarted netbackups daemons between these two screens. If you can help me,

Your atachment is unopenable, something is wrong with it. Please reattach as a text file.
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...
