You need to be more specific about what you are trying to do. I just downloaded and installed this today and it does have some dependency requirements. Please review the installation readme.

Shalom,

Most likely cause of this is incomplete download.

Last I checked there were no requirements before JAVA install but a whole host of patches are strongly recommended and should be in place before it is installed.
