error while installing 11.23 from ignite

Hi I am getting the below errors while installing HPUX 11.23 MC-OE os from my ignite server.

Any help would be appreciated ..

How did you start this recovery ?
It also looks like you're running out of diskspace somewhere ?
Some more information might be needed here.
Can you explain the process what you did so far before these errors turned up ?
