Error while installing winexe in HP-UX

Hi All,
i am trying to install winexe HP-UX using source code, initially it is asking autoconf
i installed autoconf and all it dependencies,
but still i am getting following error, can any one help me to solve this problem.

./autogen.sh

If someone wished to try what you tried, it
might be easier if he knew what you
downloaded from where.

Did autoconf or any of these (unspecified)
other programs have version numbers?
