Errors in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log

Dear All,
In recently checked syslog.log file on HP-UX B.11.00 (64-bit), I noticed some error messages:

telnetd[7635]: getpid: peer died: Error 0
telnetd[9571]: Fatal error: Telnet device drivers missing: No such device.
Same time when those messages appeared we could not establish telnet connection with the system. This was happened several times.
I will appreciate any help regarding this issue.
Thank you,
Miroslav
