Hi,

What OS do you have ? I think it's not available in HP-UX 10.X but I can man security in 11i.

BTW, you can go to http://www.docs.hp.com/cgi-bin/otsearch/hpsearch and type '/etc/default/security' to search and you will get a lot of useful links.
