Example source cod of C/C++ program using xti.h and RFC1006

I need to write a program on HP-UX 11.3 using xti.h library and RFC1006 protocol. The OTS9000 has installed on the server.
The problem is I couldn't find enough information or example program to show how to use RFC1006 via xti.h in C/C++ program.
I have read HP XTI Programmer’s Guide document but it mentions RFC1006 only few sentence.
If anyone has example source code or better document that explain how to call xti.h -> RFC1006, please guide me how to get the information.
