expand maximum Physical Extents

hello all,

is it possible to expand the Max PE in teh volume group when 2 disks of different sizes are mirroried. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The only way to increase the value of "Max PE per PV" is to recreate the volume group.

The value of "max pe per pv", among others, is set at creation time of the vg. See 'man vgcreate' for all of the options available to you.
