External Autoloader removal from D270.
I am giong to remove my external Autoloder from D270 (HP-UX 11)system.I have no terminator to end Single Ended SCSI after removal of Autoloader.Will it be a problem to bring the system up,if I keep the SCSI end open.
Pls advice me.

Hi,
It is not good practice to leave SCSI ports
open. This may in fact crash your system.
Doesn't the autoloader have a terminator
on it itself that is compatible that you
could use?

It's always better to terminate a SCSI BUS. Okay is there any harddisks in that channel ?. If yes it is a must
