Fail to input Chinese correctly in terminal

Hi,all

I use T-Chinese CDE, and it's OK to read T-Chinese characters, and the input method also works Ok,because I can type Chinese in the text editor. But when I want to input Chinese in terminal, they are all displayed as garbage characters. Even when I try to copy the Chinese characters from the text editor, they turn to garbage characters as well.
Could any one help?

Thank you very much
