failed to start the cluster with an strange error

Hi everyone,

I have a test with serviceguard(11.20).

I have finished the  cmcheckconf  and  cmapplyconf  steps. when I " cmruncl -v ", it failed with an error as bellow. confused with the problem, thanks for the help!
