Here is the procedure to start the process and message coming out.
on the host type:
# ./install/Toggle primary start
on the host that is currently standby, as root
# ./install/Toggle standby start
Message coming out

Running Switchover Toggle
Dir that was missing on the Server

/usr/sbin/switch/switchheartb

The commands whatever you mention is not at all related with MC Service Guard. I think your systems are configured with Switch Over Unix which is obselete and not at all related with MC/SG .

I remember in Switch over Unix only one server is active at a given point of time and the other is idle.
Try to copy from the other server or Install the switch over unix software( Few KBs only) on a dummy system and copy the binaries.

SolutionNormally the Switch/Over UX used to come on dds tape media and I remember it requires the CODEWORD. Find for the Switch/Over UX Media and install it on a test server and copy the directories. You can get the codewords from the /var/adm/sw/.codewords file on your servers where Switch/Over unix was installed earlier.
