Fatal error: Telnet device drivers missing

I have a got a K370-class server running with Hp-ux 11.00, yesterday i restarted the server but after that users cannot telnet into the server.

syslog message ...

telnetd[2628]: Fatal error: Telnet device drivers missing: No such device

Any help?
