Which message are you talking about?

There could be may reasons that some files were not backed up.

The total blocks written of '0' is likely because you are using a remote tape drive and fbackup can't keep track of exactly how much was written.

fbackup assign file number as index to each file, It couldn't backup the files indexed with

Hello ,

Probably as the log firstly will be an warning state like :

WARNING:unable to stat file

and after will be other warning as not backuped up .

I suggest to find the exact files that couldn't backed up so could help you to find out the problem.
My opinion is that should be some "special" files which are not backed up but i think are not important .
