Probably as the log firstly will be an warning state like :
WARNING:unable to stat file
and after will be other warning as not backuped up .
I suggest to find the exact files that couldn't backed up so could help you to find out the problem.
My opinion is that should be some "special" files which are not backed up but i think are not important .
