fbackup error

Hi,
the last couple of days my daily backup script has produced the following error:
fbackup(1004): session begins on Sat Nov 4 02:02:40 2006
fbackup(1506): WARNING: could not stat file index
fbackup(1506): WARNING: could not stat file index2
fbackup(3203): volume 1 has been used 15 time(s)

Can someone tell me what this warning means?

thanks!

Re: fbackup error

Hi John,

First thing: its a warning - no error!
What is to be understood is that fbackup could not do a stat(2) system call on the named 'file', that normally means that the 'file' was present when fbackup collected the list of files to be backed up, but when it actually gets to backing up the file, it is no longer there or the file was open when fbackup tried to archive.

All the best
Victor
