Fbackup intermittent issues/SAM_br_msgs filling up rapidly
Hi everyone.
I have been having a few intermittent issues with fbackup as of the last week. When I get in to work I see /var at 100% full. The file /var/tmp/SAM_br_msgs is rather large at 400mb! Its okay once this this has been trimmed. The fbackup writer processes are still running and needs to be killed.
Has anyone else seen this issue with SAM_br_msgs getting very full and the fbackup behaving strangely?? Is this a software or hardware error.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Bruce

Re: Fbackup intermittent issues/SAM_br_msgs filling up rapidly
Hi,
Which sam patch do you have on your system ?
s700_800 10.20 Cumulative SAM/ObAM Patch
This issue seems to be introduced with PHCO_19990.
Latest sam patch would be: PHCO_22268
