fbackup questions

I am trying to use the built-in DDS2 single tape drive on our server HP K460. I also use the fbackup command to do backup. My question is that if the size of the data is larger than the DDS2 tape capacity, is my backup going to bomb out or is it going to want until I put a new tape in and continue the backup? I saw a parameter "chgvol" which let me specify the script that run when it change tape, but I am not sure what to put in the script so that the backup will wait until I put a new tape in and then continue from there.

Re: fbackup questions

Hi:

If you use 'fbackup' in an interactive shell it will prompt you for a new tape if/as needed. Document #KBRC00001392 describes the methodology for implementing the 'chgvol' feature.
