Re: fbackup showing some messege
hi
It's seems that fbackup is not finished, perhaps a problem with tape or other
If your response is yes, i think that fbackup stopping, no perhaps give you error message or confirmation to do

Re: fbackup showing some messege
It looks like fbackup got interrupted and wants to know whether or not to save a state file, so you can continue the backup from where it got interrupted later.
If you were in the middle of a big backup and choose yes here, you can use the '-R' option to fbackup later to resume the backup. Check the man page for more info.
Cheers,
Wout

Re: fbackup showing some messege
Sreekanth,
Either there was an attempt to cancel the backup or the backup was interrupted due to some technical failure or user inteference. As suggested if you wish to proceed from the same point again the -R press Y and then save this session with a name for next time.Else try to shoot the same backup with the following possibilities
1.Clean the backup drive with a cleaning tape.
2.check the media used or try the same backup with a different media.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
Vijay
